RETURN POLICY

  • At Jewels by Dunn, we offer a 14-day return and exchange period, starting from the day your order is delivered.
  • Returns will be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit. Cash refunds are not available. All exchanges are processed by mail only.
  • Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  1. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage.
  2. All original packaging, certificates, and accompanying materials must be included for the return to be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For the integrity and exclusivity of our designs, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • One-of-a-kind and custom pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

RETURN SHIPPING

  1. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a $9.95 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
  2. Exchanges are complimentary and not subject to the $9.95 return shipping fee.
